) or the directory in this digest. However, the best templates are at least adapted by you and your team. There’s no such thing as one size fits all, or to stay in this topic: one template fits all.
So use templates like these to get started, but always ALWAYS adapt them to your situation. Rebuild it after a few months, because you and your team found a better way of documenting.
