These visitors can have a lot of value when you ask them the right things, using an exit survey. This is a little question that pops up when someone abandons your website.
I asked why they didn’t complete their order on that moment. This helped me find out that most people first came to the website to see how it works, but didn’t have time to make their photo.
By offering all leaving visitors a coupon code to be used later, I fixed this problem and saw a huge incline in conversion.
