I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately. We all know that can happen when you’re going through some shit.
My advice? Instead of lying awake, focusing on the thing(s) you don’t have, make a list of everything you’re grateful for - and not just that, but list WHY you’re grateful. I start with my warm, comfy bed - where I’m wrapped like a little burrito in my favorite blanket, then my vibrators etc.
