When you’ve been through some shit, be it trauma, a fucked up work situation, a bad relationship - or anything in between - the healing process can feel sluggish. Exhausting at times.
We’re told that there are these “stages” of grief. This is bullshit. Healing is not a linear process. Some days you feel completely fine - like you’re totally over it. Other days, you slip three steps back and suffer the pain all over again.
