Last weekend, some serious shit went down. As a result, I decided to spend some time detoxing from my anti-anxiety medication, meditating, and above all: Feeling my scary AF feelings.
Allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, even to ourselves, is a difficult thing. But sometimes you have to drive around in your car and cry listening to Blink 182. Sometimes you have to give yourself the room to feel badly.
