Yes, we’re right in the middle of one of the hottest summers on record and we’ve traveled through some serious hot spots on our tour. Aren’t we blessed though that air conditioning was invented? If you’re as old as me, you remember NOT having A/C in a car or at home. It was hard to sleep on a sizzling hot night when there was no breeze. Some of the things I hear kids complain about today just makes me laugh and I want to say “if you only knew!”

We’ve got a lot of good shows coming up so check out the tour page on my website for all the details (www.GeneWatsonMusic.com) If you’re making plans to get to the Grand Ole Opry, we’ll be there Tuesday, August 16th. You know that’s on your bucket list and I can guarantee you, they have air conditioning!
