Home Baked B-B-Q Ribs!
One of the most tasty recipes for home baked ribs, easy to make to!
2 Cups Onions Sliced
1 ¾ Cups Ketchup
1 ¾ Cups Water
½ Cup Worcestershire sauce
½ Brown Sugar
2 tsp Salt.
4 to 5 pounds of Pork Spareribs
First preheat the oven to 275 F.
Then Mix together all the ingredients, blend well.
Line a large baking pan with tin foil (2 layers)
Pour about ½ cup of the sauce on bottom of foiled pan
Place ribs into the pan and pour more sauce and
Rub meat until completely covered on both sides.
Use about ½ cup of sauce and reserve the rest in fridge.
Wash hands then cover meat with another layer of tin foil
Creating a seal.
Place ribs into the oven at 275 F for 3 hours
After 3 hours take them out and flip over in pan and cover in another
½ cup of sauce or remaining sauce and baste.
Cover again with foil and put back into oven.
Turn oven up to 35O F and bake ribs for another hour.
Serve with fresh bread and corn for a wonderful meal!
