Travelling is awesome but I think staying still has a certain charm, too. Happy Monday! My week started in the best way possible: the sun is shining here in Singapore and I’m working on something new that’s giving me lots of energy and ideas.
So that’s what this week’s recommendations are going to be about. Energy. Happiness. Fun.
Looking forward to your recommendations! Thank you Luigi for sharing this awesome TED talk with me.

The Bulletproof Diet deserves a mention. It was a very interesting read that gave me more insight into the world of dieting and nutrition. Plus, coffee with coconut oil? Sign me up!
A cool gadget I’ve been looking at for some time is the Philips Hue lightbulb. You can hook it up to IFTTT and remotely control the ambiance of your room - as well as programme it to wake you up in the morning. We all know how hard that is, so I’ll buy a few soon.
This is definitely the craziest OkCupid date ever. Two people travelling for 21 days across Europe with no luggage. And suddenly I don’t feel like I pack light all the times.
If you need some more packing inspiration, head over to Her Packing List. That’s usually where I look for cool new gear and destination ideas.

Wish you all a great week. If you want to say hi, grab coffee IRL or via Hangouts just hit reply.
Love,
G
