The High Five goes out every Friday morning - just in time to jump start your weekend. I'm handpicking five things I think you'll enjoy discovering, listening to, or thinking about as you head out to do great things.

It’s Your Turn

Cap's On the Water

Oh don’t worry, I’m still hitting you with five juicy links but, this week, I want to hear from you! Just like everyone else, I get in a rut and start listening to the same podcasts and bands, reading the same authors, watching the same stuff on Netflix and checking out the same websites. Now I’m looking for recommendations. I’d love to be able to share some with the group next week. Hit me up with great books you’ve read, podcasts you love, movies that amazed you (any good documentaries?), Instagram accounts I should be following, concerts I need to put on my schedule, a new recipe I should try, a cool new spot I should check out (if you are in Gainesville). Just reply to this email and your recommendations will land safely in my inbox. I’m tapping into the wisdom of this crowd with high expectations! Thanks for all the birthday wishes. No, I didn’t plan for the 46th Issue to coincide with my 46th birthday - that was purely serendipitous. We joined some friends for a weekend at the beach in Ponte Vedra and we had a lot of fun. The picture above was taken at Cap’s - a great little restaurant on the Intercoastal Waterway. Put it on your list!
If you’ve been enjoying the High Five, please consider forwarding it to a friend. The more the merrier. Writing the High Five has made me better looking so I can only imagine the benefits accruing to readers.
