Buongiorno!
Today, we kick off our first-ever Fast Company European Innovation Festival, a three-day event in Milan and Florence. Titled “The Dawn of Superintelligence,” this summit will highlight the potential for collaboration between man and machine as society stands on the precipice of a new era of technological advancement and artificial intelligence.
It features an eclectic roster of speakers, from filmmaker Darren Aronofsky and actor Jared Leto to Food for Soul founder Massimo Bottura, Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri, and economist Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. This morning, we kicked things off with a fascinating keynote address by historian and author Yuval Noah Harari, who described a vision of the future in which humans and machines become one.
And there’s plenty more to catch up on today. Read on!
