We’re living in scary times. Natural disasters are becoming more frequent, and the coronavirus pandemic is sweeping through the United States. If you’re a prepper, you’ve been ready for these disasters for months. But if you’re like me—someone utterly unprepared—you have no idea what to do.
I have good news for my fellow clueless. Brands are designing emergency preparedness kits for us. Judy, the latest startup in the space, worked with design firm Red Antler to create $60 to $250 kits that are well-labeled for those of us who have no idea how to locate a hand crank radio or a glow stick. And you can even text a Judy expert to ask questions about the kit or generally what to do in a disaster scenario.
