Work life balance is a myth 🔥 #18

Hey everyone,
I’m penning this in Los Angeles this week on a half holiday / half work visit.
Yesterday, we hiked up to climb the hill the Hollywood Sign is on. Great views from up there!
I’m getting more in-tune with working remote. I don’t see a work/life balance that many people argue for. I only see one life, and do you know what? I think about work quite a bit. Running a design business is something I’d do irrespective of money. It gives me purpose, a pursuit and a level of autonomy that I can thrive in.
When work is something you do begrudgingly, it not only affects your morale, but can often affect the people around you in negative ways.
“Work without love is slavery.” –Mother Teresa
I hope that whatever you’re doing and wherever you are, that you love the journey and you’re hungry for success.
If you’re in the Los Angeles area, I’d love to meet up. Reach out to me through my calendar.
Also, I’m running a webinar this week - might be worth checking out if you find delivering value to customers tough.
And if you do none of those things, I’d just love to know what you do or don’t love about your job. You can reply to this email - I’d be really interested in hearing your point of view.
