Hey everybody,

Here’s my pick of the week:

The Office of the City Clerk for the City of Chicago is on a mission to make it easier for residents to obtain vehicle registration stickers, using the design sprint.
Design Sprints can generate remarkable output for your company — such as a backlog of impactful ideas, functional prototypes, learnings and key insights from users. Read how to setup a successful one.
Automated decisions are part of many services we use everyday, but how they work is rarely explained or understood. Georgina Bourke lifts the lid.
“One of the crucial tasks in our hands is to put together spot-on agendas for the team and client, to achieve meaningful outcomes in the most effective and time-saving way possible”. Here’s how they did that.
“We leverage a combination of design thinking methods with Google-Ventures style design sprints and business innovation canvases to create a unique and differentiated approach.” I only hear good things from The Six and look forward to working with them in the coming months on something exciting!
