ENHANCE YOUR SAUNA EXPERIENCE BY USING THESE:
✅NIACIN (FLUSH FORM):
▶️ Dosage range: 50mg-1000mg
Do not use regular Nicotinamide, this does not the required flushing effect.
WHY?: Dilates blood vessels, mobilises and releases stored toxins in fat cells.
▶️Dosage: 1-5 sprays
WHY? Binds to heavy metals in the blood stream, and safely eliminates them from the body.
This can quickly dehydrate you, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids!
▶️To be consumed in the meal leading up to the sauna session. Examples are rocket/arugula, Cabbage, Dandelion greens, Bitter melon.
WHY? Bitter foods prepare the body for detoxification by stimulating detox enzymes and pathways.

WHY? Enhances liver detoxification pathways and supports BILE flow and production, thereby aiding in excretion of toxins through stool.
▶️Dosage range: 250mg-2000mg
WHY? Helps to excrete BPA/Xenoestrogens via reducing beta glucorinadase activity in the gut and liver.
Do not overuse this compound. It can deplete healthy hormones too!
WHY? Enhances bile flow, fights oxidative stress and enhances liver and kidney function.
