Has anyone heard of Lucid Dreaming?
Well, from a recreational standpoint, this entirely possible through the use of a neuro-protective nootropic called Huperzine-A.

👉ENTER HUPERZINE-A
Huperzine-A is a water-soluble alkaloid nootropic derived from Chinese Club Moss (Huperzia serrata). This plant is native to Southeast Asia. It has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years to treat skin conditions, muscle problems and to boost brain power.

🤓HOW DOES IT WORK?
Huperzine-A is a reversible acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor (Wang, 2006). This means it prevents the breakdown down of acetylcholine (ACh). ACh is highly responsible for dream vividness and intensity, whilst boosting short-term memory and long-term brain health.

⚡️ Huperzine-A also seems to be a NMDA receptor antagonist (Zhang, 2001). This is beneficial to prevent an excess of glutamate from damaging brain cells. Typical NMDA Antagonists are also useful in treating addiction and tolerance to certain drugs.

💤DOES LUCID DREAMING MEAN BETTER SLEEP?
Keep in mind that when trying to promote lucid dreaming, it does in fact impair sleep quality and subsequent energy levels the next day, so quite clearly, lucid dreaming is purely for entertainment purposes only.

💥DOSAGES I HAVE USED
To use Huperzine-A for it’s Lucid Dreaming promoting effects, I have dosed it around 2 hours before bed time, between 50mcg-200 mcg (This is MICROGRAMS, not milligrams).
Remember 1mg = 1000mcg!!!
