MarkData polling research has asked questionsaround sentiment towards party leaders. A big talking point has also been whether political parties should form coalitions in order to govern, or at least have a say. Perhaps one of the keys questions to be asked is the gender vote. Police Minister, Bheki Cele, says its all systems go for election 2019. He says the South African National Defence Force will be deployed to certain areas in KwaZulu-Natal and the North West.
KZN has seen numerous political killings while in the North West residents are threatening to protest on election day.

It been a few years since you last voted? Perhaps it’s the very first time. Either way, its a long day and an even longer queue so make sure you have everything you need before you get to the front and you can’t vote.
For voting in #SAElections2019 the ONLY valid forms of ID are a green barcoded ID book, smart ID card, or VALID temporary ID certificate. Visit your nearest @HomeAffairsSA office for a replacement ID. The're open on voting day, #8May, during voting hours - 7am–9pm.
