I’m all squashy 😥
My body lost all its muscle mass.
I remember when I would run 8 miles, then bike for 5 miles (it was my only form of transportation - no car) and teach 3+ yoga times in one day. To top it all off, I was working at a restaurant at night, so in the evening I’d be walking for at least 3 hours.
When my babies were little, and we lived in Pittsburgh, I walked EVERYWHERE. I would push our double stroller for miles upon miles. My other bonus workout was getting in and out of busses with two little people, a stroller, and pounds upon pounds of bags full of all the baby stuff.
All you Mamas, think about what you have in your trunk and back-seat for your kids - I had that in bags and carried it with me!
All this to say, I am NOT doing ANYTHING right now. I am SO out of shape.
I’m particularly bummed out about losing my muscle mass. I worked so very hard for three decades 😞
I miss being physically powerful.
But, I’m making choices to change this!
