Unmissable Irish startup events

This month's event round-up

Hi folks,
As April brings all weather, the recent spike in covid cases means we will see all sorts of events with some in-person events deciding to play it safe and go hybrid. Great to see the industry remain flexible.
Some of you might not know but I have been curating the Startup Digest for over 4 years. It’s a voluntary role that I thoroughly enjoy. However, the day job is working with Beachhut PR which is at the coalface of the startup and tech industry. We’re growing rapidly and I personally am on the lookout for a talented Account Manager to join my team. Send us your CV with a cover letter to if you’d like to work with some exciting startups.
As always, remember to email me any events that should feature in the next month’s edition.
And if you’ve just missed this issue, the magic of Revue will let me edit the ‘live’ version of the issue and I’ll throw your event in ASAP. I can also give your event a shoutout on the Startup Digest Dublin twitter!
Have a safe and productive month,

Dublin Maker is made up completely of projects submitted through the open call. So they need you to apply to make it great.
“Dublin Maker relies on the help of many communities and is run by volunteers who work hard so it can remain free and accessible to all. It is made great by Ireland’s super makers submitting projects giving their time for free. Each year we are amazed with the inventiveness and enthusiasm they bring. We have a big park this year and are looking forward to filling it with creative madness.”
Dublin Maker gives the opportunity for makers to interact with each other, to share ideas, and to show examples of their work, projects, crafts, inventions, products and hacks in a vibrant fair-style event. We encourage you to join the fun and enter a project to exhibit.
Remember – your project doesn’t need to be finished, and it definitely doesn’t need to be for sale. We want you to share how you make, so in-progress, hobbyist projects are A-OK!
