Updates from our studio.

It’s been a few months since our last update and a lot has happened - we have lots of new things to tell you about - so without further delay…

Award Winners
We’ve shouted about this a lot over the last few months, but in case you missed it, we won Digital Printer of the Year at the Fine Art Trade Guild awards! It was great to be recognised by the Guild for the quality of prints we produce.
New Mounts & Mouldings
We’ve increased our selection of mounting colours available, with two new black core boards, these are available in white and black, and feature a black inner core (instead of white) which is visible on the bevel cut of the mount window. You can view our mount board range here - we’ve also updated the preview images for all of our mount colours.
Within our Bespoke Framing service, we have added new mouldings in both the 20mm and 30mm sets; a Smooth Black and Smooth White. The Brushed Oak has also been updated to fit in with the other brushed styles. View our Bespoke Framing range here.
We have also revised our mount prices, some sizes have been reduced and others have increased slightly.

Flat Print Wraps
Here’s another price update within our finishing services; we have reduced the pricing on standard size Flat Print Wraps, these sizes are based on the overall size of your print and we have 16 sizes available, from A5 all the way up to 700 x 500mm.
Sizes that don’t fall into these standard sizes are now classed as bespoke and we have updated these prices as well.
Having a set of standard sizes available means we will be able to start dispatching Flat Wrapped Prints quicker than our advertised 9 day turnaround time, as we have many of these sizes in stock and ready to put together with your prints. Another positive reason to work to standard sizes.
Website & Order Form Updates
While working on all the above updates, we gave our website a bit of a make over, most pages have been updated - you might need to refresh your browser to see the changes - and one of the biggest updates is within Our Paper & Canvas Range pages, we now have close up photographs of the majority of papers, each photograph showing off the texture and surface of the paper.

Our Simple Order Form also contains a few changes, the biggest change is the wording for when you require borders adding to your prints. Here’s the new selection for “Optional Borders” with each point relating to the size requested for your print.

  • No border (full bleed)
  • An internal border (your image and a border included in the overall sheet size)
  • An additional border (your image size plus an extra border)
We hope these are an improvement, we’ve also added further explanations within the order form depending on the selections made.
We’re always looking to improve our order forms - if you have any feedback or suggestions, we would love to hear from you, simply reply to this email.
