Updates from our studio.

This is a big update; our new order form and account area is now live on our website — we’d love you to have a look, poke around and use it for your next order. We’ve also added a new payment option, a new way of sending images and a new way of communicating with us. Phew!

A New Way of Ordering
After months of development time and lots of tests, we’re really pleased to be able to show you our new order form, well — actually, our three new order forms!
This form will cover 90% of orders and will includes all the options and variables for a print order; including stretched canvases, mounted and/or framed prints, you can even ask for a printed proof to be sent to you prior to your final order being produced. This order form allows you to order a single print, or multiple prints, all with the same specifications.
This form is a blank canvas and replicates how we’ve accepted orders in the past, in an email. In your account profile, you can save your own template to use for each order you send to us.
If you only want to order printed proofs, use this quick and straightforward form.
With each of our three order forms, you can upload images directly, or you can use our new Dropbox file request, more on that below.
We’d love to hear your feedback, this is a new feature for us and a different way of working with you. If there’s something missing or you feel something could be improved, please let us know.
Our Dropbox File Request
We’ve added a new method to send us your images; our very own Dropbox File Request. This is a single page that allows you to send us multiple images up to 2GB, it works on your desktop, tablet and smart phone — it makes uploading images quick and really simple.
A Quick Message
Instant messaging has been around for a long time, in our last newsletter we asked what new ways we could add to communicate with you, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and SMS ranked highly on your answers. Our latest update includes being able to send us messages via Facebook Messenger. So far we’ve found replying to instant messages a lot quicker than email - so if you need a quick response to a quick question - give it a try. We’re also hoping to add WhatsApp before the end of the year.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Previously the only way we’ve been able to take credit/debit card payments is by taking your details over the phone, it’s always nice to have the opportunity to chat to our customers — but if you’d like to settle an invoice at 11 o'clock at night — we won’t be in the studio to answer your call. Now when you click on the Make a Payment link on our invoices, there’s an option to pay by credit/debit card. Payments are made securely by Stripe.
