There a GAP to fill in the current world and its being filled by marketers: the GAP between CRM & Peoples’ actions: Behavioural data. For now… we tend to race to create the processes needed to do it semi-manually. We’d better invest in automatic detection of anomalies & changes and rather curate towards a framework manually.

The battle between US & China is about commerce & data, in order to win over Europe. Go read the article in Humo this week by Peter Hinssen and why fewer jobs probably will lead to a universal income globally. It makes sense. It’ll only take a decade or two, probably.
