Give- 29 Things from 29 Years 29 things I’ve learned as I approach 29.
Ask- Since my birthday is on Sunday, I’d love if you would share with me 1 thing that has transformed your life. The form is anonymous but you can share your name if you like. You are a treasure.
Body Glide- I became a bit of a chunky monkey during quarantine. 🙈 Pants that used to be loose seemed to shrink. Body Glide helps prevent chafing in the nether regions and helps as I get back on track. 🇳🇱
Quote I’ve been pondering- “I wasn’t living up to expectations, I was living down to expectations.”- Cam Hanes, one of the best living examples of hormesis. When Cam began running, he had done a 10K and quit mid race. Now he often averages (no joke) a marathon a day, usually in sets of 2, morning and lunch.
