Lately I have been having more conversations about the quality of our relationships and their impact in our lives. The company we keep can play a huge role in how we manage our mood and even our health, and yet keeping that company healthy isn’t always easy.
As relational beings we are powerfully drawn to people, and anxiety can produce even stronger feelings for affiliation, and connection. And yet the quality of those connections is never more important than when we are vulnerable.
