Surround Yourself With People Who Value You
Lately I have been having more conversations about the quality of our relationships and their impact in our lives. The company we keep can play a huge role in how we manage our mood and even our health, and yet keeping that company healthy isn’t always easy.
As relational beings we are powerfully drawn to people, and anxiety can produce even stronger feelings for affiliation, and connection. And yet the quality of those connections is never more important than when we are vulnerable.
In good times, and challenging ones, supportive relationships can be the foundation of what keeps us feeling our best. Below are some articles about the power of a healthy tribe, how to protect and cultivate one, and how our efforts can pay powerful health dividends.
So grateful for my tribe, and for those of you who have joined me here in cyberspace. May the weekend ahead offer you restoration and connection.
