There are many ways stress can pressure us, and its effects decidedly aren’t comfortable. Whether events in the news, a work situation, or simply the excitement (and pressure) of the upcoming holidays, stress goes hand in hand with a full and meaningful life, and too much of it can tempt us to wonder if we can handle it, even if we should.
But just because stress is uncomfortable doesn’t mean it’s bad for us if we know how to handle it, and stay mindful of our attitude.
