Perspective is powerful when it comes to harnessing worry. - Issue #21
Like with so many things in life, perspective can define how we experience something, and ultimately what we will do. When it comes to worry and anxiety, how we think about it can make a big difference in defining whether it’s a help or a hindrance.
When we can think of worry as a signal deserving our focus and care, rather than cognitive quicksand, we can use it as a tool to propel us forward. This issue is dedicated to the value of perspective in helping to transform worry into solutions.
With so many things to worry about these days, and Fall in full gear, I hope you might find a bit of clarity and inspiration in how to better harness your worry next time it strikes.
Wishing you clarity and perspective,
Alicia
