In celebration of my new book, Hack Your Anxiety, hitting the shelves TODAY, here are some ideas about the power of changing our attitude about anxiety so we can tune into its important messages and helpful energy. If we allow ourselves to fear anxiety, we tend to escalate it. Whereas seeing its positive effects allows us to keep it useful. It may not feel easy to see the positive effects of anxiety right away, but the research is clear about the advantages of finding them.
How could you think about anxiety a bit differently today? In what ways could it be helping you?
