Coincidentally, it was exactly a year ago yesterday that Hack Your Anxiety released in print. What an amazing year it has been, talking to you and others about anxiety, learning more about what’s challenging and what’s working, and sharing strategies to take control of anxiety, and turn it around.
Many of you have talked about how you love audiobooks and podcasts and have told me how hard it can be to read a long book, gently asking when the audio version might be available. After many fits and starts, a steep learning curve, and a fantastic team at Metrovoice Media, I am delighted to announce that Hack Your Anxiety audio is (finally) here - and officially released at Audible yesterday!
