May can bring lovely weather and the promise of a more relaxed season, but it can also bring chaotic busy-ness and the anxiety that can so often accompany it. This is the time of the year I am often asked the difference between normal anxiety and problem anxiety. Since anxiety can be both a normal emotion, and a symptom of mental illness, determining the difference isn’t always easy.
As mental health awareness month draws to a close, this digest is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and anxiety in particular. Included are some key articles about
