If you want to build muscle, you need to recover well. In fact, you build muscle while you recover, not while you train. The better you recover, the harder you can train, and the more muscle you build.

So check this out:

4.13 millions $$$!

That’s how much Gravity: The Weighted Blanket for Sleep, Stress and Anxiety has sold already. To 20,756 people.

It’s “a weighted blanket engineered to be 10% of your body weight to naturally reduce stress and increase relaxation.” Check out the videos on their Kickstarter page: people look so comfortable under that blanket they just can’t get up.

It’s been been featured on TV and in a ton of media. I don’t usually promote products, but this looks so promising I’ve already ordered mine.

Better sleep = better recovery = more muscle (potentially).

And let’s not forget better focus and productivity (most likely).

I’ll be back next week with my usual bodybuilding focus. Until then, grab your gravity blanket before their campaign is over (2 days to do).

Your bro in natural bodybuilding,

Carl Juneau, PhD
