2017 has hit most of us like a whirlwind. The disruption that we are seeing at global and national levels feels more like a revolution than an evolution. There is a sense of unpredictability at the most senior levels of government in the US, UK and Australia.
Or is there?
What we are seeing is the end result of a widening social chasm - a gap not between those who have and have not - but between an audience’s/society’s expectation and the delivery of outcomes. We have been hard at work building models, tools and workshops that can help guide innovators of all stripes through this kind of disruption. We may not know all the answers, but we approach the questions with curiosity and respect.
