On a recent panel looking at digital transformation, one of the ideas that was explored was what makes an agent of change. It can be all too easy to assume that change is something that techie people do - or change managers, or arty people. After all, change is hard, and sometimes it’s easier to leave it all to someone else.
But understanding what makes a great change agent is more a matter of understanding what motivates us. If you are passionate about change in your business, or any aspect of life, you can be mobilised as a change agent. All it takes is to find other like minded people, and sudenly it’s possible to do extraordinary things.
This weekend, we challenge you to consider what drives you and to find other people who share your view. Think about what you would like to see changing, and how that could be achieved. If you do just that, you can find people who will help you with this task. It may be the start of a truly joyful change experience.
