Gosh I hope that we continue to see Chinese games get localised into the west. There is still some way for them to go as far as the localisations are concerned (I like to compare it to how Japanese games used to be, as the industry and demand grew the quality of the localisations did as well), but the sheer quality of stuff like Sword and Fairy: Together Forever cannot be denied and this is a games industry that is very much on the rise.
Otherwise, our big project of this week was our monthly podcast, where we have a cracking conversation about the games of August, terrible TV adaptations from games (Netflix’s Resident Evil, we ARE looking at you), and dive in-depth on the game length topic.
All this on my birthday week. That’s how committed I am to giving you all the best possible coverage of gaming.
Have a great weekend, everyone. Play great games!
