2. How to design time (my new talk)

I put together a new talk this fall, and here’s a nice video of it from the Webdagene conference. I was a bit nervous about sharing the story at the end… it’s a very personal story but explains a bit why I’m so obsessed with time.

People often ask how to run design sprints with distributed teams, and this is a nice detailed look at how one company does it.
