Design Sprint Newsletter
Hey there! I got five links for you today…

I’ve been working on this for a while—it’s the fanciest Medium post I’ve ever written, with lots of illustrations and even a couple of animated GIFs. (If you’re not a Medium member, you can use this link for free access.)

2. How to design time (my new talk)
I put together a new talk this fall, and here’s a nice video of it from the Webdagene conference. I was a bit nervous about sharing the story at the end… it’s a very personal story but explains a bit why I’m so obsessed with time.
Why am I making that face?

People often ask how to run design sprints with distributed teams, and this is a nice detailed look at how one company does it.

I love Pablo Stanley’s posts and comics.

Mia Blume on my favorite topic, designing time.

Workshops & talks
My buddy John Zeratsky (and co-author on Sprint and Make Time) is putting on workshops in Los Angeles on Dec 4 and Milwaukee on Dec 7. Also, as an experiment, I’m doing a 60 minute paid webinar on Dec 13 about design sprints (I’ll be speaking English, even though the website is French).

Thanks for reading! If you haven’t gotten enough of me this week, check out my podcast. And if you like this newsletter, consider forwarding it to a friend. 🐕
