After $100K ARR, 25% per month is good.

After $1M ARR 3X or faster is good.

After $10M ARR above 2X is table stakes.

Reminder that at IPO the pref stack goes away. So if IPO far lower than last round it's heavily in lead investor's interest to *not* go public--while still preferable for founders, etc

In bull markets we forget how funky misalignments can get. WeWork/Softbank is good reminder
