Hey everyone! Just heard about an internship opportunity in NYC at Catalyst Fund!
Ideal candidate is African American or Latino and has start up experience (engineering, product, or marketing) and a technical background. They will also evaluate candidates who have some banking / management consulting experience or previously worked in venture / PE. Someone who is currently in an NYC based MBA program would be great.
As background, Catalyst Fund is a $20M fund dedicated to investing in African American / Latino founders. 77 deals over 4 years and goals to do 5 - 10 more this year (checks are $50k - $250k in seed stage).
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- deal sourcing
- diligence
- portfolio management
- website and social media updates
