Nerd Words for HR - It's about making work work! Get bi-weekly updates on the recent HR Tech trends and stay close to the future of people management.

Organizations are, in fact, set around the notion of diversity. First, all modern organizations are build around the economic advantage of deviding value creation into several diverse tasks. These are performed by experts, defined as being diverse, as they typically do not have the same capabilities. Second, organizations are inherently social and they can only strive, if a large part of the individuals working for them are able to reach their potentially diverse set of personal goals or needs. 
It is no suprise that the active management of diversity has become an important topic for many organizations. However, there are still many myths surrounding the economic value or potential of diverse workforces. Especially, the notion of generational differences keeps on catching up every few years, as consultants and coaches try to make money of these arguments. Are diverse teams really outperforming their less diverse counterparts? Do generations really differ?
This is why the 9th issue of || NERD WORDS for HR || gathers talks, articles, and resources about the topic of diversity, inclusion, and generational differences. Specifically, I have collected content, which 
1) either adresses the performance implications of diversity
2) or shows how AI my solve the diversity problem…or how it may even foster the problem.
