Who are all the actors? [Stakeholder update]

The intention of this email is to provide structure for the design of the complex project known as Cooperative Impact.
I’ve included four sketches in this email. The intention of sharing the four sketches is to show you my design process - the way I work through challenging problems - so that we may deepen our comprehension together.
#1 and #2
The first two sketches are the initial vision of the theory of change. These sketches are dated 12-3-21.
#3
The third sketch is the City Blueprint which is dated 5-2-22. The intention of this sketch is to provide an initial scope of how City Leaders can activate their community within their respective cities around the world. As I finished this sketch I realized it will be helpful to map out the other actors in this complex project.
#4
The fourth sketch is the Project Design driven by the methodology known as the Four Movements. It is not dated, but it it’s titled at the top left “METHODOLOGY”. The intention of this file is to provide structure for the project management side of this project. I noticed that I have room for another sketch: details and descriptions that define responsibilities of each role. That’s in my pipeline now and will share with you soon.
On a personal note, I am entering a housing transition. My intention is to be mostly offline for 1-2 weeks. I will keep working in the background and check-in with you once I am settled. If you need anything, please reach out. I will check my email every few days.
By the way, I must give credit to my friend - my brother - who owns an international franchise business. I met them last year in Costa Rica. At the end of 2021, they asked me, “Who are all the actors?” I wasn’t ready to answer the question 6 months ago. Their question went into orbit and stayed near me just like an electron surrounds the nucleus. Based on the evolution this project it seems as if I was able to integrate the question at the right time. Thank you brother.
I encourage you to follow my methods - mold it - make it your own. Start big.
Nahhh. Bigger.
Keep sketching - keep trying - keep getting up and working on it until it’s fine and structured. Be prepared for people to not understand what you’re doing at first. No worries. Follow the design process, and, soon enough, you’ll show your community what you see.
Go ahead. Jump in. Make a splash.
I am here sending you love from my heart to yours.
Daniel

I like to be with people. I like to do things with different types of people. And I love to make things that help people. More recently, I’m also finding joy being with myself, doing things myself, and making things for myself.
-
I am fascinated by compassion, temperance, and imagination. I am curious what my life (and the world) would be like with more of these things.

Basically, I help people make things … that help people make things … that help people. I work with clients 1:1 both in-person and virtually. If I were to express my most passionate work it would be my devotion to:

Running incubators that develop future peacemakers who launch peacemaking ventures from anywhere in the world. These experiences are for creating ventures that make peace with one’s self, with different cultures, and with our Mother Earth.
