“We need a hotel,” my samurai brother said.

The Olympian I told you about yesterday shared an insight with me today. Being that this year will culminate with an in-person immersion, it will make sense for us to begin with the end in mind.
We will need a place to feed and house our guests, participants, partners, facilitators, and all the other family members.
My ask:
I am writing this email to ask you for introductions to hotels that may be interested in collaborating with us. A space that we can secure a block of rooms, it has several large open spaces for gathering, spaces for all ages art and music activities, and where we will have an option to go through the hotel’s food partnerships or we can establish our own food partnership(s) with our desired vendors.
Who do you have in mind? Click “reply” on this email to let me know.
Here are a few more thoughts if you have time, please read on:
Documenting the process: I am documenting my process to provide you with the path we are carving together. It’s the same path you can use, reuse, and modify with your own family, neighbors, communities, and institutions. It’s a framework, and it’s for everyone.
It’s about your network: they say your network is your net worth. I’m comfortable sharing this process with you because the framework is not the valuable part. It’s the lifelong relationships we develop that are unique to only us. This is where the magic comes from - the space between us - this sacred, hallowed space.
Sure, questions are great (as I mentioned in yesterday’s issue). Precision and accuracy of pointed feedback also has its place in this process. As we can see from my samurai brother’s insights from this morning. Thank you, brother.
That’s all for now. What questions do you have for me? Your questions and feedback enable my personal development and the evolution of this programming.

At this time, my intention is to use this newsletter to share my evolution, and showcase projects on the horizon.
I am a peacemaker originally from the USA and currently living in Europe.
I am motivated by opportunity, connecting with others, conflict resolution, and cross cultural collaboration.
I like to be with people. I like to do things with different types of people. And I love to make things that help people. More recently, I’m also finding joy being with myself, doing things myself, and making things for myself.
I am fascinated by compassion, temperance, and imagination. I am curious what my life (and the world) would be like with more of these things.
Professionally, I have been an Experience Designer for 13 years. I design products, run programs, and provide consulting to governments, universities, and startups.
Basically, I help people make things … that help people make things … that help people. I work with clients 1:1 both in-person and virtually. If I were to express my most passionate work it would be my devotion to:
Running incubators that develop future peacemakers who launch peacemaking ventures from anywhere in the world. These experiences are for creating ventures that make peace with one’s self, with different cultures, and with our Mother Earth.
