They wrote about us in 2015. (Part 3 of 3)

A decade of pivots brings us to this moment. That reminds me, I need to make a language iteration since my last email to you. Rather than call it a “team”, I would like to call it a “family”.
Also, I included a link to the press article written in 2015 about Cooperative Impact, and how it started in Princeton, NJ.
The intention of our 1-1 and group gatherings are to create space to allow things to unfold. I don’t have a prescription, nor do I know how to get from A to B. When I show up with you it is so that we can dance in those moments as we see what feels right.
One thing I would like us to explore is the question, “What is important to me?” I wonder what it might look like for us to sew our responses together into a social tapestry representing who we are and what we believe.
I wonder.
I am also working to keep this simple. I invite your feedback to help me grow through this with you.
In terms of what’s next, perhaps this an invitation to breakthrough the gravitational pull and acquiesce into the next step of evolution. However that may look for you.
For me, I notice it’s not necessarily becoming a “new” person. The person I am becoming is one that I already am. Perhaps it’s about simply being here now, in the present moment, to give myself an opportunity to notice who I already am.
I wonder what will happen when I can be here now alongside you being and doing your own version of the same. I wonder what that will look and feel like.
I wonder.
Reply “yes” to receive more information on what it means to take the next step forward and be part of the initial team. Rather, the family.
For reference, I’ve included the previous two parts of this series down below. If you have questions or need me for anything, reach out. I am here with you.
Sending you love.
Daniel

At this time, my intention is to use this newsletter to share my evolution, and showcase projects on the horizon.
-
I am a peacemaker originally from the USA and currently living in Europe.
-
I am motivated by opportunity, connecting with others, conflict resolution, and cross cultural collaboration.
-
I like to be with people. I like to do things with different types of people. And I love to make things that help people. More recently, I’m also finding joy being with myself, doing things myself, and making things for myself.
-
I am fascinated by compassion, temperance, and imagination. I am curious what my life (and the world) would be like with more of these things.
-
Professionally, I have been an Experience Designer for 13 years. I design products, run programs, and provide consulting to governments, universities, and startups.
-
Basically, I help people make things … that help people make things … that help people. I work with clients 1:1 both in-person and virtually. If I were to express my most passionate work it would be my devotion to:
-
Running incubators that develop future peacemakers who launch peacemaking ventures from anywhere in the world. These experiences are for creating ventures that make peace with one’s self, with different cultures, and with our Mother Earth.
