The best mentors ask a lot of questions.

I am grateful for the people I’ve met over the years. If you’re reading this message, you’re likely one of those people. Such a beautiful person you are.
The most recent question I was asked (yesterday) was a simple question. I was speaking with an experience designer who is also an Olympic athlete. I invited this person to consider taking the lead on the design of activations and other in person events coming up this year. I didn’t provide much context in my proposal so this person asked me, “What’s it for?”
Here is what I replied:
”I have broadstrokes and would want your help from the beginning.
There will be a series of intentional/planned global activations starting in August/September - likely an inclusive audience - I want to make it easy for communities to download and access resources to self organize their neighborhoods, organizations, etc to prepare their own feedback loops for institutional leadership…
Activations will lead up to a 2-5 day in person experience which takes place in November - likely high end with invitations to global institutional leaders where they connect, learn from the people, and break bread as they explore and analyze the world’s feedback …
It’s about bringing together business, government, education, and technology to explore/define collective plans of action for 2023.”
All of that came out of me within a few minutes after hearing my friend’s question. They say, “Everything you need is already inside of you.” In this case, I propose, that is quite accurate.
That is all for today. I’m here if you need me.

Running incubators that develop future peacemakers who launch peacemaking ventures from anywhere in the world. These experiences are for creating ventures that make peace with one’s self, with different cultures, and with our Mother Earth.
