Intrapreneurs are employees and consultants who have autonomy to act as entrepreneurs within companies. I like to put a twist on that by saying we develop ‘social enterprise’ intrapreneurs.
‘Social Enterprise’ is a business that serves a human need. In other words, this program is about building companies that serve human needs, or, building heart-centered companies. That’s what we’re really good at, and that’s why learners immerse themselves in this work.
