A warm up for your Wednesday! Fairly bright skies for mid-week thanks to an upper level ridge of high pressure that is starting to build in. That ridge will also “turn off” the lake effect snow machine in cottage country. It has been a very active 48-hours. Expect lots of sunshine with just some scattered cloud. The wind will shift to a southerly flow and that will help push up our temperature to 7°! That is in fact above seasonal, but with the odd wind gust near 40km/hr it will still feel colder than that. The UV index will be 2 or low.
Wednesday night: Cloudy with scattered showers developing by dawn and a low of 5°.
