A line of showers and perhaps even a thunderstorm will pass offshore during the middle part of the evening followed by colder air and clearing skies. It will be blustery overnight and there could be some scattered power outages over Inland areas as well as Cape Cod and the islands.
It turns sunny on Tuesday with temperatures in the low to mid-40s— about where you would expect for this time of the year. A storm system will pass south of New England on Wednesday with a shield of snow and rain to the north. Depending on the exact track of the system we could see some light accumulation of snow, especially on grassy surfaces, more on this tomorrow. — Dave Epstein
