How to make apps avoid MacBook Pro camera notch

The new MacBook Pros are extremely popular, but there are two things people are complaining about:
  1. The notch.
  2. The mismatched color of the MagSafe charger tip.
While we don’t have a fix for the charger, we do for the notch. There’s a setting to deal with the notch and it can be customized for individual apps. If the notch is driving you crazy, this might be the fix.
