Fresh and fried Spring Rolls 🇻🇳

Fresh and fried Spring Rolls 🇻🇳
By CookUp • Issue #13 • View online
This week we’ll dive into Spring Rolls. The large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or dim sum found in Southeast Asian cuisine is inspiring. The name is a literal translation of the Chinese chūn juǎn.
Here, we’ll specifically discuss Vietnamese spring roll recipes. Depending on the region you have a fried version called imperial rolls or spring rolls chả giò, or the fresh rice paper rolls or summer rolls known as gỏi cuốn. Let’s get to it and cook up some delicious spring rolls of your own.
