Hi there,
in my everyday project work, I especially like the early stages of a new project (or project sprint/new functionality) when we gather together in the team to start looking at essential user flows and define the project’s storymap(s).
This week’s first link is a cool and visually appealing summary on user flows and how to use them correctly - I found it nice and insightful.
