Hi there,
I have always assumed so and now, the usability gurus over at Nielsen Norman group confirmed it: Tesla’s touchscreen UI has some serious usability issues. This is quite surprising, given the company’s pioneer role and experience focus. Although we know that Tesla is planning for a future, where we don’t need our hands on steering wheels anymore, some of their design decisions could have dangerous consequences…
There are use cases that require old fashioned haptic feedback and control.
