Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

Happy Independence Day!
On this day in 1776, the founding fathers pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to secure the blessings of liberty for this great nation.
They could have very easily lost against a much more powerful foe, and would have been hanged as traitors.
Thank God they were successful. We owe a debt of gratitude to these brave men.
Excellent point hyere about limited government:
Toby Sumpter
You can’t say you want a limited, covenantal civil government while living like an individualist everywhere else. A constitutional republic grows in the soil of covenant faithfulness in marriages and churches. https://t.co/YFSp5QZPRM

Wilson is right. The brave men who established this great nation were following the law. The Parliament in England were rebels against the rule of law.
