Amazon Web Services has made its latest homebrew CPU, the Graviton3, available to rent in its Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) infrastructure-as-a-service offering.

When DigitialOcean bought Nimbella last year, you knew it intended to go deeper into serverless technologies, and sure enough the company announced a new feature called DigitalOcean Functions today, based on Nimbella technology.

Microsoft is building on its Azure Virtual Desktop service with a new, developer-target variant called Microsoft Dev Box. Microsoft took the wraps off the new service on May 24, which is Day 1 of its virtual Build 2022 developers conference.
