New CliniSync Support Portal!
The CliniSync Support Portal has a new look! This past February, the CliniSync Support Team migrated the portal to a new platform that was designed to promote an easier path to ticket submission in addition to improving the overall user experience. Please view the main points about this transition below.
  • Existing user accounts in the current CliniSync Support Portal have been migrated to the new platform.
  • Existing users should have received an email from the CliniSync Support Team with instructions on how to activate their account.
  • The current URL of the Support Portal is still the same: http://support.clinisync.org/
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this change, please call CliniSync Support at 1.800.645.8192.
Information Blocking Resource Center
On May 1, 2020, the Office of National Coordinator issued a Final Rule implementing the information blocking provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act. All actors covered by this rule, which include healthcare providers, had to comply with the information blocking provisions by April 5, 2021.
In order to ensure a greater understanding of the information blocking rule, we would like to share a link to the Information Blocking Resource Center, which is a web portal that was created to serve as a reference tool to educate and assist provider organizations subject to the Information Blocking rules implemented by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
As stated on the site, all the resource links are provided by contributors to the resource center or collected from credible, online websites and should serve as one of many options available to actors – as defined in the ONC and CMS rules – to help them interpret and implement requirements.
